Everyone who comes here should be comfortable and enjoy posting and making friends on this forum. It might be surprising to find that these things need to be spelled out in a spiritual forum, but they do. If any of this is constricting or cramps anyone's style, perhaps this is not the forum for you, but nothing is being asked
of anyone other than basic courtesy and civil conduct. While membership is not limited to adults, the majority of our member are adults or old enough to behave as adults. This forum is being provided for discussion and is comparable to being invited into someone's home for a discussion group. Members are asked to conduct themselves as they would as a guest in someone's home.

As this is a discussion group addressing spiritual issues, occasionally there are topics discussed that are
contrary to more traditional religious values as well as social values and may be uncomfortable to some whose views are more traditional. Everyone should consider what type of forum it is prior to responding to such posts and if you find the topics discussed uncomfortable, you may skip those particular posts or you may choose to leave the forum if it does not fit well for you.

Personalities do clash on forums. Anyone singling out anyone to attack or repeatedly aggressively challenging any member and making that member uncomfortable will be asked to leave. This particular
forum is big on joking, please keep that in mind when a member responds to you...what may be a joke to
one may be seen as aggressive behavior by another. Please also keep in mind that everyone has a bad day
now and then. If you are having a bad day and feel particularly sensitive maybe take that into consideration if you feel victimized or feel like attacking. Please also remember that apologies are really useful tools when you have a foot stuck in your mouth.

It is up to the moderators to remove any post at any time. Posts or threads will not be removed at a member's request if the post does not, in the moderator's view, contradict the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, Krishnamurti, Nisagardatta Maharaj or any other similar teacher.

Posts or threads will be removed at the moderator's discretion. Members requesting a post or thread removed will be removed at the discretion of the moderator. Generally posts that do not contradict the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, Krishnamurti, Nisagardatta Maharaj or any other similar teacher will not be removed regardless of subject matter. Again, if your values are more traditional, the topics discussed here may not be a good fit for you. No post or thread will be deleted if found offensive buy a member that does not have a good understanding of the teachings and simply misunderstands the topic or intent.

It will be up to the discretion of the moderators to ask anyone to leave, or to ban any member. Actions may not always look fair on the surface, but remember that no one is asked to leave or banned casually and
chances are the circumstances will generally not be made public.

Any member harassing or threatening any member via the forum, PM or email will be banned.
