Energy dream.

Had a dream last night where I was hugging all my enemies. Telling everyone how much they meant to me and what value they had in my life.
As I was hugging the last one, a bolt of light (not lightening) came down from above me somewhere and caused the body to be suspended in this ball of light energy.
I became aware in the dream that I was dreaming and because of some mild fear arising, I caused my body to wake up. As full consciousness returned the energy surging through the body was the most powerful (and scarey) I have noticed to date.

I am very glad that all this is spontaneous and without effort.
If I was performing some kind of physical, mental or spiritual excercises I would have been really frightened off by that.
As it is, I can just trust that whatever is happening is just as it should be.
So it's like I am sitting with it and watching it all happen.
I guess that is a form of "involuntary" meditation.
