No, I mean stop telling people that they shouldn't discuss things on an internet board designed to discuss things. If you really think using words is a waste of time, then disappear from boards like this one that thrive on discussion. Stop pestering people with your anti-intellectual repetitions.

this reminds of a saying, i forget from whom

maybe Byron Katie

"what other people say to you is their karma

how you react is your karma"

You don't come across as a person who is looking for anything; you come across as a person who thinks he knows something and who hammers away at others with it. Above all, you come across as a person parroting non-personal realization.

What does it mean to be awake.

I'm not talking about some definition

I'm looking for an experiential expression of it

To see what is as it is...without telling stories about it.

True enough...Awakening and being asleep...Liberation and bondage...are stories we tell.

Hi Eric,

I guess another way of saying this is to no longer take your thinking/interpreting seriously anymore.

So it's really about being present without thought.

Very, very simple.

If it's not absolutely simple and absolutely immediate then that's not IT. big grin

I wonder if those who are awake and liberated would agree with this.

Just wondering. kopfstand
